Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with our location and parking options HERE. We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH PERFECTION! Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic, parking, or any other personal emergency. Late arrivals will be cancelled and deposits will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your schedule appointment time.
Please allow 48 hours or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. Microblading deposits/payments are non-refundable. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your payment will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your Microblading deposit. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 48 hours' notice.
NO GUESTS PLEASE:
Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We very strictly do not allow friends, boyfriends, hubbys children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. There are many coffee shops, restaurants and bars in our neighborhood, if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment.
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all microblading appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card provided to MindBody upon booking your online reservation. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your MICROBLADING appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance will be charged 72 hours prior to your appointment when you receive your appointment reminder.
Remaining 50% balance will be charged to the credit card on file 72 hours prior to your appointment when you receive your appointment reminder. Due to the nature of our detailed services, the artists’ focus is solely on the design and satisfaction of their customers. Unlike a traditional salon, there is no receptionist present in the studio to handle transactions. At the duration of your service, we kindly request that you admire your beautiful new brows uninterrupted. An exception can always be made, of course, if you prefer to pay the balance for your service in person.
Your first Enhancement Session is complimentary. This can be scheduled no sooner than 8 weeks and no later than 12 weeks following your first session. Enhancement Sessions are typically booked during your first visit. This enhancement session is crucial for the best results. Additional Touch-Up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly.
FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS:
Priority booking will always be given to our return clients over new clients. If you are a return client and you need a touch up, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-877-771-1770.
We very rarely have cancellations or rescheduled appointments, and therefore we do not provide any waitlist options at this time.
EXISTING BROW TATTOOS:We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval (email@example.com) BEFORE your appointment booking. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo, how many sessions you received, and the business name and artist name who performed your service.
We do not accept gratuities on credit cards, we only accept them through Venmo, Paypal & Zelle. They are not necessary but welcomed, of course. :)
IMPORTANT FOR ALL MICROBLADING CLIENTS:
Microblading is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) following all Pre & Post Care Instructions are crucial! Pre-Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessing bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
