NO GUESTS PLEASE

At DOLLISTIC, we prioritize providing a focused and comfortable environment during your detailed and semi-invasive permanent makeup services. To ensure the best possible experience for both you and our other clients, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment.

For the duration of your session, we strictly do not permit friends, boyfriends, husbands, children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. This policy allows us to maintain a serene atmosphere and focus solely on providing you with exceptional service.

We understand that your loved ones may want to support you during your visit, and we appreciate their interest. To make their wait as enjoyable as possible, both of our studio locations offer a range of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars close-by where they can conveniently relax until you complete your appointment. They can easily explore the local area and return to the studio once your session is finished.

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure your permanent makeup appointment at DOLLISTIC. This deposit is an essential step to confirm your reservation and ensure that you are committed to your permanent cosmetic tattoo appointment. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided during the reservation process. This deposit demonstrates your seriousness in securing your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your session. Your remaining balance will be charged approximately 7 days prior to your schedule appointment date.

BALANCES

Due to the nature of our detailed services, the artists’ focus is solely on the design and satisfaction of their customers. Unlike a traditional salon, there is no receptionist or cash register present in the studio to handle transactions. At the duration of your service, we kindly request that you admire your beautiful new brows uninterrupted. Approximately 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment, we will process the payment using the credit card on file. While credit card payment is our standard procedure, we understand that you may have specific preferences. If you prefer to pay the balance for your service in cash or in person, please inform us in advance, and we will make the necessary arrangements.

CONSENT FORMS & MEDICAL HISTORY

We prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients. To ensure a safe and efficient experience, it is crucial to complete our digital medical consent forms and submit the required deposits within 24 hours of booking. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment.

- Digital Medical Consent Forms:

  • Our digital medical consent forms are designed to gather important information about your health, allergies, and any pre-existing conditions that may impact your treatment.
  • These forms are essential for our team to provide personalized and safe services tailored to your specific needs.
  • Please take the time to carefully and accurately complete the digital medical consent forms to the best of your knowledge.

- Additional Medical Clearance:

  • If, upon reviewing the medical consent form, our team identifies any factors that may require further evaluation or consultation with a medical professional, we will request additional medical clearance.
  • This additional clearance may involve seeking approval or guidance from the client's primary healthcare provider or a specialist to ensure that the procedure can be safely performed.

- Client Communication:

  • If additional medical clearance is required, we will promptly inform the client and provide guidance on the next steps.
  • We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, but it is crucial to prioritize the client's safety and minimize any potential risks associated with the procedure.

-  Procedure Postponement or Refusal:

  • If the client is unable to obtain the necessary medical clearance within a reasonable timeframe, we may need to postpone or, in some cases, refuse to proceed with the permanent makeup procedure.
  • This decision is made in the best interest of the client's safety and is in accordance with our commitment to maintaining high standards of care.

LATE APPOINTMENT ARRIVALS

We kindly request that guests arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This additional time allows for completing necessary paperwork, using the restroom, and settling in, ensuring that your appointment can start promptly as scheduled. To familiarize yourself with our studio locations, please visit our  website's "LOCATIONS" tab for detailed parking directions and a map.

Please note that we have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. We firmly believe in providing exceptional service without rushing the perfection of our craft. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals, regardless of the reason, such as traffic or personal emergencies. Late arrivals will result in the cancellation of the appointment, and any payments made may be forfeited. To reschedule your appointment, an additional deposit of $150 will be required due to the impact on our schedule and the allocated time for your treatment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but our commitment to quality and precision requires us to strictly adhere to our schedule. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our policy.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

In the event you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be automatically forfeited. This policy is in place to account for the time and resources reserved for your appointment that could have been allocated to another client. Please allow 7 days or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. All payments are non-refundable. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 7 days notice, your payment and appointment may be forfeited. An additional deposits of $150 will be required to reschedule your appointment if given less than 7 days notice. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, this policy is necessary to maintain the efficiency and quality of our services for all clients.

RETURN CLIENT TOUCH UPS & ENHANCEMENT SESSIONS

We value our returning clients at DOLLISTIC, and we want to ensure a seamless and convenient touch-up appointment booking process. To schedule a return visit, please follow the options below:

  1. Call our Concierge:
    • If you prefer to speak with our dedicated concierge directly, please contact us at 1-877-771-1770. Our friendly and knowledgeable team will assist you in finding a suitable date and time for your touch-up session.
  2. Online Booking:
    • For added convenience, we offer online booking for touch-up appointments. Simply click HERE  to access our easy-to-use online booking system. You can browse available dates and select a time slot that best fits your schedule.

EXISTING PERMANENT MAKEUP

We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval ([email protected]) BEFORE your appointment booking for a BROW TATTOO CORRECTION. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo, how many sessions you received, and the business name and artist name who performed your service.

GRATUITIES

Tips and gratuity are not necessary but welcomed, of course. We do not accept tips or gratuities on credit cards, we may only accept cash or through Venmo.

WAITLIST

We very rarely have cancellations or rescheduled appointments, however please speak to our concierge directly by phone if you would like to be added to the waitlist.

COVID-19

In the event that you may sick are exposed to someone who is sick, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment and STAY HOME! During this unprecedented time, ALL RESCHEDULING FEES WILL BE WAIVED. Last minute cancellations are encouraged to call 1-877-771-1770 and leave a detailed voice message.

IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS

Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre & Post Care Instructions! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessing bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.

DOLLISTIC reserves the right to refuse service and training to anyone at our discretion.
